• All Duleec products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.

• This warranty covers:

• Structural integrity

• Electrical function (in normal conditions)

• Finish and material degradation under normal indoor use

• It does not cover:

• Improper installation or handling

• Exposure to outdoor environments (unless specified)

• Natural wear over time

• Warranty claims must include photos and proof of purchase.

• We reserve the right to repair, replace, or provide store credit depending on the issue.
