How We Work

1. Initial Consultation

Share your project details with us, type, scope, vision, and timeline. We’ll review your needs and assign a dedicated point of contact from our team.

2. Design Alignment

We work with your technical drawings, moodboards, and site specs to recommend existing pieces or propose tailored options. We can adapt scale, finish, installation types, and lighting intensity.

3. Custom Development (if required)

Need something fully bespoke? Our team will develop sketches, prototypes, and material samples to ensure it aligns with your brief and space.

4. Production & Quality Control

Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop using premium materials, brass, glass, stainless steel, and goes through detailed QC to meet both aesthetic and safety standards.

5. Shipping & Site Coordination

We ship globally and can coordinate with your site contractor, electrician, or design lead to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
